Description | Marquês de Marialva Arinto Reserve - White Wine
Marquês de Marialva Arinto Reserva - White Wine is a white wine from the Bairrada region, made from the Arinto grape variety. Its production includes total destemming, skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, in a process designed to preserve the varietal expression and freshness of the wine. Part of the blend, about 50%, ferments in French oak barrels, adding complexity and subtlety to the whole.
It presents an intense citrine color with greenish hues and an aromatic profile marked by citrus fruits and notes of white pulp, enveloped by exotic nuances and hints of toasted cereals. On the palate, it reveals itself as fruity, fresh, elegant and harmonious, with a very appealing balance between vivacity and texture. A white wine with a distinct profile, which highlights the identity of Arinto in Bairrada and offers a very pleasant tasting experience, both for its freshness and for the delicacy of the notes conferred by partial fermentation in wood.
