Malabrigo Magnum - Red Wine

Malabrigo Magnum - Red Wine is one of the most emblematic wines of Cepa 21, produced in the prestigious Ribera del Duero region from 100% Tempranillo. It is a high-end red wine with limited production, designed to precisely reveal the character of its terroir, marked by sandy-clay soils and the demanding climatic conditions of the region. The 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels contributes to its depth, balance, and complexity.

In the glass, it presents an intense cherry-red color with ruby edges. Aromatically, it is intense and complex, based on ripe black fruit typical of the grape variety, accompanied by subtle wood notes resulting from aging. On the palate, it is enveloping, ample and harmonious, with great volume, very ripe tannins and a silky texture that prolongs the tasting in a long and persistent finish. Its aromatic finesse, intensity and elegance make this wine a benchmark of the winery.

It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany grilled meats, lamb, veal, red meat stews and big game dishes.
