Macan Clasico - Red Wine

Macan Clasico - Red Wine is a red wine from Rioja Alavesa produced by Macán from the Tempranillo grape variety. Closely linked to the territory and recognized as one of the great wines of Rioja, this vintage presents a pure expression of Tempranillo, marked by freshness, subtlety, and elegance.

In the glass, it reveals a cherry color with purple reflections. Aromatically, it shows great intensity, with notes of black fruit, sweet spices, and toasted hints. On the palate, the entry is flavorful and complex, with mineral touches and notes of wood from aging, finishing with a long and enveloping finish.

The winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks, with part of the malolactic fermentation occurring in oak barrels. The wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in barrels, depending on the characteristics of each vintage, contributing to its balanced and refined profile.

It is recommended to serve it between 17 and 18 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany veal, lamb and poultry dishes, harmonizing with preparations of intense flavor and succulent texture.
