La Revelia - White Wine

La Revelia - White Wine, by Emilio Moro, is a white wine from Bierzo made exclusively from the Godello grape variety, designed to reveal the purest and most sophisticated expression of this variety. The grapes come from steep, high-altitude slopes, where ripening is slower, contributing to greater richness, freshness, and personality. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled French oak barrels, followed by aging on lees in the same barrels, a process that enhances the aromatic depth and structure of the wine.

In the glass, it presents a clean and bright straw-yellow color. The aroma is intense and full of nuances, highlighting the typical varietal traits of Godello: fresh stone fruit, subtle herbaceous notes, and citrus hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied and ample, with an excellent balance of acidity, a long finish, and a particularly flavorful profile. The finish is persistent, confirming its elegance and complexity.

It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany smoked salmon, rice dishes, grilled white fish, and aged cheeses.
