João Portugal Ramos Alvarinho Reserva Brut - Sparkling Wine is a sparkling wine from the Vinho Verde region, produced by João Portugal Ramos from 100% Alvarinho grapes. The winemaking process includes gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15ºC, preserving the freshness and aromatic expression of the grape variety. Approximately 15% of the batch fermented in French oak barrels for eight months, contributing to greater complexity and depth in the overall wine.

In the glass, it reveals a fine and persistent bubble, a characteristic that reinforces its elegance. On the palate, it shows itself to be harmonious and distinct, with a balanced profile and a long finish, marked by the typical minerality of Alvarinho.
