Herdade do Peso Revelado - Red Wine

Herdade do Peso Revelado - Red Wine is an Alentejo wine that reflects the identity of Herdade do Peso and the diversity of the Vidigueira terroir. Made from Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Syrah grapes, it seeks to express the character of the property's different soils, in a balanced profile of fruit, freshness and structure.

The winemaking process takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with fermentation lasting approximately 12 days, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. This process contributes to a harmonious and elegant whole, preserving the purity of the fruit and adding complexity to the blend.

In the glass, it presents a vibrant red color and an attractive aroma, marked by notes of redcurrant and black plum, accompanied by a unique nuance of mustard seeds. On the palate, it reveals itself as fresh, elegant and full-bodied, with fine and well-integrated tannins, good structure and excellent balance. An Alentejo red wine with a distinct profile, designed to showcase the authenticity and richness of Herdade do Peso.
