Godeval - White Wine

Godeval - White Wine is a white wine from the Valdeorras DO, produced by Bodegas Godeval from the Godello grape variety. Made with grapes from their own vineyards located in the Sil Valley, it originates in schist soils under an Atlantic climate with continental influence. The winery follows environmentally friendly production practices, seeking to authentically express the character of the grape variety and its origin.

With a youthful and very expressive profile, it presents a greenish-yellow color with pearly reflections. The aroma reveals excellent intensity, with a delicate and elegant character, marked by notes reminiscent of tree fruit. On the palate it is light, smooth and flavorful, with a balance achieved between its acidic and sweet touches, which give it structure and its own personality.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of the wine. It should be served between 6 and 8 ºC. It is a versatile choice at the table, pairing very well with seafood, fish, preserves, mushrooms and mild cheeses.
