Godeval Magnum - White Wine

Godeval Magnum - White Wine is a white wine from the Valdeorras region, produced by Bodegas Godeval from the Godello grape variety. It is a young and very expressive single-varietal wine, made with grapes from the estate's vineyards, located in the Sil Valley, in slate soils and under the influence of an Atlantic climate with continental characteristics. The winemaking process includes manual harvesting and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity and expression of the grape variety.

It has a yellow-green color with pearly reflections. The aroma is intense, delicate, and elegant, with notes reminiscent of orchard fruit. On the palate, it is light, smooth, and flavorful, with a very pleasant balance between freshness and subtle sweet sensations, giving it good structure and a very distinctive profile.

It should be served between 6 and 8 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany shellfish, fish, preserves, mushrooms and mild cheeses. A versatile and captivating white wine, designed for those who appreciate fresh, balanced wines full of character.
