Description | Enate Reserva - Red Wine
Enate Reserva - Red Wine is a red wine from the Somontano region, produced by Enate exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. It presents a very intense garnet color and a broad and complex aromatic profile, highlighting wild notes of blackberry and currant, balsamic hints of mint, and a subtle spicy background with suggestions of vanilla, pepper, and bay leaf.
On the palate, it reveals structure, smoothness, and a velvety texture, supported by high-quality tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of toast and blond tobacco, reinforcing the depth and balance of the whole. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it ages for one year in French oak barrels, contributing to its complexity and its potential for aging in the bottle.
It is recommended to open half an hour before serving, at an ideal temperature between 16 and 18 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany red meats, stews, game and cured cheeses. The label is an original work by the artist José Manuel Broto.
