Enate Crianza - Red Wine

Enate Crianza - Red Wine is a red wine from Somontano that expresses a distinctly peninsular profile, based on the predominance of Tempranillo, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, a grape variety that reinforces its structure and depth. Vinification is carried out separately in stainless steel tanks, followed by 9 months of aging in barrels: Cabernet Sauvignon in French oak and Tempranillo in American oak. This careful process results in a harmonious wine, full of character and nuance.

In the glass, it presents a deep, intense, and concentrated cherry-red color. The aroma reveals great intensity and complexity, with smoky and spicy notes over a background of ripe red fruit. On the palate, it is dense, full-bodied, and enveloping, with a balanced tannic structure and a very long finish marked by subtle toasty notes. It is a wine that combines power and elegance with remarkable balance.

Decanting is recommended to avoid sedimentation, and it should be served between 16 and 18 ºC. At the table, it pairs particularly well with smoked meats, stews, and cheeses. Enate Crianza - Red Wine has been awarded gold medals at the Japan's Women Wine Awards and Mundus Vini, reinforcing international recognition of its quality.
