El Zarzal - White Wine

El Zarzal - White Wine, from Emilio Moro, is a white wine from Bierzo made exclusively from the Godello grape variety, with a clearly varietal expression and a profile that combines elegance, freshness, and balance. It results from the winery's commitment to this region, outside its usual Ribera del Duero context, seeking to respect the grape's identity without sacrificing remarkable vivacity.

Produced with grapes from vines over 15 years old, it ferments in French oak fudres with controlled temperature and subsequently ages on lees, which contributes to its complexity and structure. In the glass, it presents a pale, clean and bright straw-yellow color. The aroma highlights notes of flowers and white fruit, accompanied by a very subtle touch of wood, in an elegant and persistent ensemble.

On the palate, freshness and acidity stand out, creating a harmonious and surprising taste. It should be served between 7 and 10 ºC and pairs very well with creamy rice dishes, sushi, baked white fish, or smoked salmon.
