Dom Ruinart Rosé - Sparkling Wine

Dom Ruinart Rosé - Sparkling Wine is a classic and distinctive champagne from Ruinart, produced in the Champagne region from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. According to the house, it is always a unique blend, capable of reflecting the brand's style and the specific characteristics of each harvest. The result is a sparkling wine that is simultaneously intense, delicate, and aromatic.

It presents a delicate pink color with raspberry reflections. The aroma features spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, enveloped by refreshing citrus aromas, over a floral background with a subtle iodized touch reminiscent of oyster shell. On the palate, the attack is enveloping and silky, with notes of red fruits and lively acidity. The mid-palate is smooth and saline, while the finish, firm and intense, shows a delicate bitterness and a fine effervescence.

It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 ºC. It is an excellent choice to accompany seafood, fish and white meats with spicy seasonings or citrus notes.
