Description | Dom Pérignon Cuvée Rosé Magnum - Sparkling Wine
Dom Pérignon Cuvée Rosé Magnum - Sparkling Wine is a champagne from the Champagne region, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a clear emphasis on the latter grape variety. This rosé cuvée expresses an intense and sophisticated personality, marked by the tension between youth and maturity, in a style that is simultaneously profound, free, and distinctive.
In its aroma, it reveals floral notes of rose, enveloped by hints of orange oil and saffron. The bouquet then evolves into red fruits, such as raspberry and cherry, progressively gaining greater density with suggestions of fig and blackcurrant. In the end, sweeter and spicier nuances emerge, reminiscent of gingerbread and licorice, contributing to a complex and captivating profile.
On the palate, the fruit is ripe, fleshy, and deep. The entry is smooth and round, before the wine gains intensity and presence. The flavor sensations linger with persistence, leaving a very vivid and elegant tactile memory. The long maturation also gives it an iodized minerality and a darker, more intriguing side, characteristic of the house style.
It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC. At the table, it pairs very well with vegetable or iodized products, such as sea urchin, weever fish, turnip greens or artichokes, combinations that highlight its duality and the richness of its aromatic nuances.
