Chão dos Eremitas Alicante Branco - White Wine is a white wine from the Alentejo region produced by Fita Preta from 100% Alicante Branco, a historically important grape variety in the region. This wine seeks to express a rare variety in its white wine profile, revealing the identity of the territory and the winery's careful work in valuing grape varieties linked to Alentejo tradition.

The grapes are carefully harvested from granitic soils using integrated pest management, with harvesting taking place between 3 and 4 am to preserve the freshness of the raw material. In the winery, the grapes undergo direct pressing, without the use of sulfites until the end of fermentation. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in 40% of the batch, taking place in used barrels, while the remaining 60% ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result is a wine that combines heritage, precision and a contemporary approach, reflecting the distinctive spirit of Fita Preta.
