C by Cabriz - Rosé Wine, from Quinta de Cabriz, is a rosé from the Dão and Lafões region that stands out for its fresh, fruity and appealing profile. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 15°C, helping to preserve the aromatic expression and freshness of the wine. After this process, the wine remains for 2 months in stainless steel batonnage and ages in the bottle for at least another 2 months.
