BEYRA Natural Biológico - Red Wine

BEYRA Natural Biológico - Red Wine is a wine from the Beira Interior region that expresses the identity of a high-altitude territory with a strong character. Produced by Beyra from organic grapes from old vines in the Vermiosa area, it originates at an altitude of approximately 700 meters, in schist and granite soils, conditions that contribute to its fresh and authentic profile.

The winemaking process follows a minimal intervention approach, with spontaneous fermentation in cement vats, without temperature control, and gentle manual maceration. Aging also takes place in cement until bottling, preserving the purity of the fruit and the natural expression of the terroir. In the glass, it presents a moderately intense cherry-red color and fresh, fruity aromas, with hints of wild berries and a light floral note.

On the palate, it is smooth, ample and persistent, with light tannins and refreshing acidity. It is a versatile red wine that can be served slightly chilled and paired with grilled dishes, salads, carpaccio, vitello tonnato or beef and salmon tartares.
