Description | Bela Ribera del Duero - Red Wine
Bela Ribera del Duero - Red Wine is a red wine from CVNE originating from the Ribera del Duero region, made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes. This wine is the result of CVNE's first project outside of Rioja, following the acquisition of an old winery in Villalba de Duero, affirming a vision based on the production of quality wines with an artisanal and traditional profile. The grapes are harvested manually, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and the wine ages for nine months in new and one-year-old American and French oak barrels.
In the glass, it presents a cherry-red color with violet reflections. The aroma reveals good complexity, with red fruit, floral notes, and smoky and spicy hints from aging in wood. On the palate, it is flavorful and balanced, with a predominance of the characteristic fruit of Tempranillo, ripe tannins, good acidity, and a long finish. It is an elegant wine, where the identity of Ribera del Duero intersects with the signature of CVNE.
It should be served between 15 and 17 ºC. At the table, it pairs very well with sausages, meats such as lamb, game, roasts or stews, as well as cured cheeses.
